Membership is open to all plein air artists age 18 or above living in Alabama or adjacent states regardless of race, sex, disability, sexual orientation, religion, and all other protected classes under Federal, State, Local or other law. APAA members are predominately from Alabama.
To become a member:
1. Check-in at a paint-out location as a guest artist (must attend at least one APAA paint out within 12 months prior to applying for membership). See Calendar for locations. Then, return to this page and:
2. Complete the membership request form below.
3. After you submit the form: Pay dues ($10 per year) —Payments are made through PayPal, however, you do not need a PayPal account. You may pay by credit card. (The preferred methods.) Go to: Pay Membership Dues below. Alternatively, you may request an invoice and pay by check. Select that option when completing the application form and you will be provided with payment instructions by email.
4. You will be welcomed as a member and begin receiving all APAA emails, notifications, and receive access to the Members Only page on the website!
